FUn TidBits

  • We are not comparable to Krystal or White Castle. We use hand made 4 inch patties that weigh  3oz.  They use a 2 inch patty at 0.8oz! That makes ours twice the size with three times as much meat!
  • Our pricing reflects the average for a 1/3 lb burger in Nashville.  2 Sliders equal 1/3 lb and 3 sliders is just over a 1/2 lb of meat!
  • We take pride in using fresh baked rolls and fresh ground chuck. Our patties are made by hand every morning and perfectly seared to order!

About the Owner

The owner, Zac Jenkins, is a classically trained chef who got his start food trucking after a 2012 guest appearence on Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race" episode "Music City Madness" while still in culinary school. Since then he has worked on nearly a dozen food trucks, honing his new passion.

After a trip to Austin, Texas, he decided to open a stationary take-out trailer located outside of Opry Mills in Music Valley Village.

Zac served as a combat engineer in the Marine Corps from 2001 until 2005, with an '04 deployment to Afghanistan. He was the president of Vets 4 Vets while in college and continues to work with OEF/OIF veterans.

Hand Crafted Sliders and Tots

ABOUT the business

Daily we offer a variety of sliders including Beef, Chicken, Pork, and Portobello. Monthly we will introduce a seasonal specialty slider which will include options such as chorizo, turkey, and roast beef.
Aside from delicious sliders, we also serve up crispy tater tots that you can order as an entree topped with a variety of our menu options.

We are veteran owned and operated and aim to serve this great community while we support our local military, veterans, LEOs, and first responders.  We will be hosting events and participating with local charities that provide services to those we support.
